We offer a 100% refund of the purchase price as store credit towards future online purchases. Unfortunately, we don’t provide cash refunds or refund delivery charges (including where delivery was provided “free” through a special offer). Sorry.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that purchased items are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in the same condition you received it.
To request a refund, please contact us. Remember to include the order number and the items you want to return. To help us improve our products and service, please briefly tell us the reason for the return.
After we receive your request, we will be in touch to arrange to collect the items.
When we have received and inspected the items, we will credit your account with the full purchase price of the items, less the outbound and the return delivery charges. (The outbound delivery charge is not applicable if you paid for the delivery.)
